The Hiring Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Hiring Manager to ensure that all Premium Production applicants are assisted through the interview and hiring process at a quick pace. This involves conducting interviews, taking notes, communicating with applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining interview files. What You Will Do:

• Conduct and organize group interviews
• Take notes in interviews and review each applicant according to the hiring standards of Premium Production
• Schedule additional interviews with applicants and management
• Collect and process interview forms
• Remain in communication over the phone or email with applicants throughout their interview process
• Complete reference checks, background checks, and schedule drug tests
• Create a high tone and positive hiring experience for all applicants
• Carry applications through the hiring process, completing each step until a decision is made
• Follow up on offers and other details with members of upper management
• Travel back and forth between St. George and Hildale for meetings on a regular basis

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
